The Schoolhouse
Restoration Continues

Our third wing building is complete! To bring Eastham History alive, we are now focused on creating more interactive and accessible experiences for our visitors.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a place where Eastham History Comes to Life for residents and visitors alike. The next step in our project focuses on interactive displays and programs about the faces, places, and voices that make Eastham unique.

The next phase will:

  • Transform the new wing with hands-on Eastham Treasures and providing electronic resources for genealogy and history research, and access to our oral histories and video presentations.

  • Offer changing exhibits and a better venue for programs in our main museum that tell the stories which bring history alive.

  • Turn our vintage schoolroom into space for hands-on experiences and interaction with a virtual teacher.

You are part of our story. Please donate today.
